Shanasheel Restaurant

Shanasheel Restaurant, a distinguished hospitality brand based in Jumeirah 3, Dubai, is seeking a knowledgeable and well-connected Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the company’s government-related processes and regulatory compliance. This is a critical operational role that requires deep familiarity with UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and the various government portals and entities that hospitality businesses interact with regularly.

The PRO will act as the essential bridge between the company and UAE regulatory authorities — ensuring that employee visas, labor permits, company licenses, and all statutory documentation are processed, maintained, and renewed without disruption. If you have a proven track record in UAE government relations and enjoy working in a structured, people-centric environment, this role offers the stability and impact you are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the company’s full compliance with UAE Labour Law, immigration regulations, and relevant licensing requirements
  • Process and manage employee visas, labor permits, Emirates IDs, and all associated government documentation
  • Coordinate with key authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, and the Department of Economy and Tourism (DED)
  • Monitor expiry dates and arrange timely renewals of all company trade licenses, permits, and employee documents
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date legal records and employee files
  • Identify regulatory and compliance risks and advise management on mitigation strategies
  • Develop and sustain professional working relationships with government departments and licensing bodies
  • Follow up diligently on applications, approvals, and transactions to ensure timely processing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of HR or UAE government relations experience
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, labor card procedures, and licensing regulations
  • Hands-on experience with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, and other government service portals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and documentation management skills; high level of confidentiality

Salary: AED 4,000–6,000/month
