Purchasing Officer

National Finance is growing its Abu Dhabi team and is on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Purchasing Officer who can keep procurement running like clockwork while building genuinely strong supplier relationships.

If you’ve got a background in purchasing or sales and enjoy the push-and-pull of negotiation, this role gives you real ownership: you’ll be sourcing competitive pricing, issuing purchase orders, keeping tabs on supplier performance, and making sure goods land on time, every time. What You’ll Be Doing

• Negotiating with suppliers to lock in competitive pricing and favourable terms
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders accurately and on schedule
• Tracking quotations, pricing changes, and supplier offers
• Following up on outstanding orders to guarantee timely delivery
• Keeping procurement documentation and records tidy and audit-ready
