A prestigious private household in Abu Dhabi is on the hunt for a polished, hands-on Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day housekeeping operations and uphold the very highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the residence.
This is a live-out role that comes with a generous monthly package, and it’s tailor-made for a hospitality professional who thrives on structure, takes real pride in immaculate detail, and knows how to lead a team without losing sight of the guest (or in this case, homeowner) experience.
You’ll be working hand-in-hand with the Housekeeping Management team, making sure every task — from linen care to room presentation — is executed to a five-star standard, while also mentoring and motivating the wider housekeeping staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily housekeeping operations and enforcing exceptional cleanliness benchmarks
- Partnering with the Housekeeping Management team on service quality and presentation
- Leading, motivating, and coordinating housekeeping staff toward operational excellence
- Monitoring procedures and rolling out quality control checks
- Keeping a close eye on detail so nothing falls through the cracks
- Cultivating a professional, service-first culture among the team
What You’ll Bring
- Solid track record as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor — ideally within luxury hotels, private residences, or high-end hospitality settings
- Deep familiarity with housekeeping standards, workflows, and quality control practices
- Strong leadership, organisational, and team management abilities
- A meticulous eye for detail paired with genuine customer service instincts
- Confident, professional communication style
- Comfort operating within a multicultural household/hospitality environment
- Relevant hospitality qualifications are a definite plus
