Sourcing Specialist

Danniyeh is looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team and manage international sourcing for textiles, garments, uniforms, accessories, promotional products and corporate gifts. If you’ve built supplier relationships across China and India and know how to land the right price without cutting corners on quality, this is your kind of role.

You’ll run the full sourcing cycle — from supplier discovery to quotations, sample approvals and negotiation — while coordinating closely with production, design and logistics teams to keep every order on schedule.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying, evaluating and developing reliable suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Managing the full sourcing cycle — quotations, negotiations, sample approvals, supplier selection
• Sourcing products and materials from China, India and other international markets
• Negotiating pricing, payment terms, lead times and logistics
• Monitoring supplier performance, quality and delivery schedules
• Coordinating with production, design and logistics teams for timely fulfillment
• Maintaining supplier databases, pricing records and sourcing reports
• Supporting import/export documentation, shipping and customs where needed
• Keeping an eye on global market trends and new sourcing opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years in international sourcing, ideally in textiles, garments, uniforms or corporate gifting
• Proven sourcing experience in China and India
• Strong understanding of fabrics, garments, accessories, packaging and quality standards
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management and cost analysis skills
• Knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, freight and logistics
• Comfortable with MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluent English; able to travel internationally when required
• Available for immediate joining
