QA/QC Engineer

Hardox International Company, a specialist in façade manufacturing, is expanding its Dubai operations and is looking for a hands-on QA/QC Engineer to safeguard product quality across the production floor. If you enjoy digging into inspection reports, catching defects before they leave the factory, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with production and project teams, this role offers a genuine opportunity to shape quality standards at a growing façade manufacturer. A UAE employment visa is provided, and the company is aiming to onboard someone within roughly a month.

In this position you’ll be the last line of defense between raw façade components and the finished product that reaches site. You’ll inspect incoming materials and finished panels, run routine quality checks throughout the manufacturing cycle, and keep meticulous documentation so that every unit can be traced back through its production history. When quality issues surface, you’ll be the one bridging the gap between the shop floor and the project team to get them resolved quickly.

What you’ll be doing

• Inspecting façade materials, components, and finished products for compliance with quality benchmarks
• Carrying out routine inspections and testing at every stage of the manufacturing process
• Keeping QA/QC documentation, inspection logs, and quality records accurate and up to date
• Working closely with production and project teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
• Making sure all work aligns with project specifications and established quality benchmarks

• Hands-on background inspecting façade materials and finished products in a factory setting

• Solid grounding in quality assurance/control procedures, façade manufacturing standards, and inspection methods
