A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QC Engineer (Civil) to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in construction quality control who are committed to maintaining high standards throughout all phases of project execution.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and quality documentation. Applicants with UAE construction experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and implement quality control procedures throughout construction projects.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
- Review material approvals, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and ensure compliance with local authority requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Construction Quality Control (QC).
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
- Experience in site inspections, material approvals, and quality documentation.
- Familiarity with project specifications, international standards, and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
