Job Overview
Sterling Parfums Industries LLC is seeking a dedicated QC Executive for its Quality Control team in Dubai. The position is intended for a laboratory-focused professional with experience in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role involves analytical testing, instrument operation, documentation, calibration, and coordination with production and quality teams to support product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out physicochemical testing in accordance with approved specifications and procedures.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including HPLC, UV-Visible, and IR/FTIR instruments.
- Prepare and maintain quality control records, analytical reports, and laboratory documentation.
- Perform instrument calibration and follow applicable GMP and GLP standards.
- Record inspection and testing results in SAP and keep quality information current.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments on quality objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy is required.
- Two to four years of relevant QC experience in cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is expected.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV-Visible, and IR/FTIR instruments is required.
- Working knowledge of SAP and laboratory quality documentation is important.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are expected.

Employment Details
