E2P is recruiting experienced welding quality-control inspectors to support oil and gas projects in Dubai. The vacancies cover structural and piping inspection as well as pipeline welding inspection. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, internationally recognized inspection credentials and a track record of working to project specifications, codes and quality requirements. Previous ADNOC project experience is preferred.

- Qualification: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering; CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI and relevant PCN/ASNT certifications.
- Salary: AED 10,000–16,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect welding work on structural steel, piping, offshore structures and pipeline activities according to the assigned role.
- Verify that welding procedures, materials, fabrication methods and finished work meet project requirements and relevant codes.
- Review non-destructive testing results and maintain accurate inspection and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with fabrication, construction and project teams to resolve quality issues and keep work aligned with schedules.
- Monitor the quality of work throughout execution and report non-conformities for appropriate follow-up.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS Certified Welding Inspector qualification.
- PCN/ASNT certifications in UT, MT, PT and RT.
- At least 10 years of welding inspection and quality-control experience on Oil & Gas projects.
- Relevant exposure to topsides, jackets, piping, offshore structures or pipeline welding, depending on the vacancy.
- For the structural/piping role, experience with Inconel, SDSS, cladding and related materials is required. ADNOC project exposure is an advantage.

- Welding inspection procedures and international quality standards.
- Non-destructive testing methods, including UT, MT, PT and RT.
- Oil & Gas fabrication, offshore structures, pipeline construction and quality assurance.
