Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC is looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager with experience in project-based businesses, particularly exhibitions, interior fit-out or construction. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, reporting, budgets and cash flow while helping the business monitor project costs and profitability. The role also requires careful attention to UAE VAT, corporate tax requirements and financial controls.

- Salary: AED 15,000–22,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting operations, financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash-flow plans to support day-to-day operations.
- Review project costs, financial performance and profitability across active projects.
- Maintain compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements.
- Lead and support the finance team while improving reporting processes, internal controls and accounting accuracy.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Experience with exhibitions, interior fit-out, construction or other project-based businesses is preferred.
- Strong capability in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management and project costing.
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance.
- A CMA qualification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and team-management abilities.
