A fast-paced Dubai restaurant serving Pakistani, Indian, Chinese, and Grill cuisine is urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to run daily operations and keep the dining experience top-notch.
You’ll lead the floor team, keep operations smooth, and make sure every guest leaves happy. Immediate joiners are preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficient, high-quality service
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the team
- Build strong customer relationships and uphold service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
- 1-2 years of UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid customer relationship and service skills
- Ability to join immediately is a plus
