QC Inspector

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is on the lookout for a detail-driven QC Inspector to reinforce its Quality Assurance team at the National Industries Park in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where your expertise directly influences the integrity of aluminium extrusion products shipped to clients across the region.

As a QC Inspector, you will serve as the last line of defence between the production floor and the end customer. You will conduct systematic in-process and final inspections on extruded aluminium profiles, checking dimensional tolerances, surface aesthetics, anodizing finishes, and powder coating parameters against established quality standards. When non-conformities arise, you will document findings, raise reports, and work alongside production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions that eliminate recurring defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections on aluminium extrusion profiles to verify dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
• Operate precision measurement instruments including vernier calipers, micrometers, and profile gauges.
• Evaluate anodizing and powder coating quality against specified parameters.
• Identify, document, and formally report any non-conforming materials or processes.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and relevant teams to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection records, quality logs, and required documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of QC inspection experience, ideally within aluminium extrusion or a related manufacturing environment.
• Diploma or ITI qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Practical familiarity with common aluminium extrusion defects such as die lines, blisters, and surface imperfections.
• Proficiency with vernier calipers, micrometers, profile gauges, and other metrology tools.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
