Quality Assurance Lead

Wellpharma Medical Solutions LLC, a Mubadala Bio asset, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to head up QA operations at its pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi.

This is a leadership role for a quality professional who thrives on GMP compliance, quality systems and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee deviations, CAPA and change controls, support audits, and guide a QA team while working closely with Production, Quality Control, Engineering and Warehouse to uphold the highest product quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities to ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and company standards
• Develop, implement and maintain quality systems, procedures and standards
• Manage deviations, CAPA, change controls, complaints and investigations
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits
• Review and approve SOPs, quality documents and reports
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen quality practices
• Lead and support the Quality Assurance team
• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, QMS and regulatory compliance

Salary: AED 15,000–22,000 per month (estimated)
