Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is looking for a skilled CRM Automation Specialist to join its growing Abu Dhabi team and help drive smarter, faster customer relationship workflows.
In this role you’ll optimize CRM systems, automate lead management and nurturing, and partner closely with sales and marketing to sharpen conversion and reporting. Candidates with real estate CRM exposure will have an edge, but strong CRM and automation fundamentals matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Automate lead management, routing and nurturing processes
- Maintain and improve CRM data quality and accuracy
- Configure and manage CRM platform integrations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance lead conversion
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement solutions
- Generate reports and insights to support business decisions
Requirements
- Experience in CRM management and workflow automation
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Real estate or sales CRM experience is an advantage
Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month (estimated)
