Quantity Surveyor

Talent Build is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a live, site-based hotel development in Abu Dhabi. This is a great next step for a post-contract specialist who wants to grow within a consultancy that’s actively expanding its portfolio of hospitality and mixed-use projects.

You’ll be embedded on site, working closely with the wider project team to keep costs under control and contracts on track from the point of award through to close-out. Ideally you’ve already worked on hotels, luxury residential, or mixed-use developments, and you’re ready to hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing post-contract quantity surveying duties for the assigned hotel project
• Preparing, reviewing, and evaluating valuations, variations, and payment applications
• Monitoring project costs closely and helping keep budgets on track throughout construction
• Coordinating with project teams, contractors, and consultants to keep delivery on schedule
• Producing cost reports and helping resolve contractual and commercial issues as they arise

What you’ll bring:

• Strong post-contract quantity surveying experience
• A track record on hotel, mixed-use, or luxury residential projects
• Current residence in Abu Dhabi with the ability to join immediately
• UAE project experience is strongly preferred
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
