Ferropan Gulf Oilfield Services & Supplies LLC is on the hunt for an experienced Site Logistic Coordinator to keep its Abu Dhabi oil and gas operations moving safely and efficiently. If you thrive on organizing complex site movements while keeping safety front and center, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be the person making sure vehicles, materials, and people move around the site smoothly, without cutting corners on HSE, road safety, or ADNOC compliance. Strong communication and a cool head under pressure will serve you well here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating daily site logistics, transportation, and vehicle movements
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management regulations
- Carrying out site inspections and keeping accurate reports and documentation
- Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support site activities
- Monitoring logistics operations to keep workflow efficient and materials moving on time
- Making sure every logistics activity lines up with ADNOC procedures and safety standards
What you’ll bring:
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in a site logistics coordination role
- A valid UAE driving license held for at least 3 years
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Hands-on background in HSE, Road Safety, and Traffic Management
- Experience with site inspections and documentation
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills
A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. This full-time role sits within a fast-paced oil and gas operation in Abu Dhabi.
