Quantity Surveyor

Rocks & Logs Stone Works LLC is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor onto its commercial team in Dubai. This role suits someone equally comfortable on the pre-contract and post-contract side, with a genuine handle on commercial and contract management within construction.

You’ll be steering project costs from valuation through final account, managing variations and claims along the way, and generally acting as the commercial backbone that keeps projects financially on track.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities for construction projects
• Preparing interim payment applications, valuations, and commercial reports
• Handling contract variations, claims, and final account settlements
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and overall commercial performance
• Supporting commercial and contract management across every project phase

What you’ll bring

• A strong background in quantity surveying and commercial management
• Experience with interim payment applications, valuations, variations, and claims
• Solid knowledge of cost control and contract administration
• Experience in natural stone, façade, cladding, fit-out, or similar sectors is a strong plus
