Quantity Surveyor

ME FITOUT is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team and help keep fit-out and construction projects on budget and on track. If you enjoy the mix of numbers and construction know-how that comes with QS work, and you have hands-on fit-out or interior project experience, this role is worth a look.

You’ll be responsible for everything from cost estimates and BOQs to contract administration and final accounts, working closely with project teams, consultants, and suppliers to keep costs under control from start to finish. UAE project experience is preferred, so if you’ve already navigated local fit-out or construction contracts, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for projects
• Monitoring and managing project costs throughout the construction lifecycle
• Reviewing contracts, variations, and project financial documentation
• Supporting contract administration and final account preparation
• Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and suppliers on cost matters
• Providing accurate cost analysis and reporting to support decision-making

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in fit-out, interior, or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and quantity take-offs
• Experience with contract administration, variations, and final accounts
• UAE project experience preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

Estimated salary: AED 8,000–14,000/month.
