Junior Business Development Executive

EoneFX is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office and help grow its client base in the Forex and financial markets space. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or already have up to a year of sales experience, this role offers a genuine launchpad into international finance.

You’ll spend your time generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to turn prospects into long-term clients. EoneFX invests in training and exposure to global markets, so it’s an ideal spot for someone hungry to learn and build a career in fintech and forex.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media
• Contacting potential clients and following up regularly
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understanding client needs and introducing approved products and services
• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and working toward monthly targets
• Helping convert qualified prospects into clients
• Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Client Support teams
• Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Tracking market trends and spotting new business opportunities

What we’re looking for

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in sales are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with clients
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in financial markets
• Good English communication skills
• Prior exposure to FX, forex, or fintech is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Economics preferred. Estimated salary: AED 5,000–8,000/month + commission.
