EoneFX is looking for an ambitious, target-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join its Dubai office and help grow its client base in the Forex and financial markets space. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or already have up to a year of sales experience, this role offers a genuine launchpad into international finance.
You’ll spend your time generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to turn prospects into long-term clients. EoneFX invests in training and exposure to global markets, so it’s an ideal spot for someone hungry to learn and build a career in fintech and forex.
What you’ll be doing
- Generating new business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media
- Contacting potential clients and following up regularly
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understanding client needs and introducing approved products and services
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and working toward monthly targets
- Helping convert qualified prospects into clients
- Collaborating with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Client Support teams
- Keeping accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
- Tracking market trends and spotting new business opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
- Fresh graduates with a genuine interest in sales are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with clients
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in financial markets
- Good English communication skills
- Prior exposure to FX, forex, or fintech is a plus
