Nina Hospitality is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Kitchen Designer to join its Business Bay team on an immediate basis. If you’ve spent years shaping commercial kitchens for hospitality projects and love turning tricky operational requirements into clean, functional layouts, this role is a natural fit.
You’ll lead the design of commercial kitchen spaces from concept through to execution, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients along the way. The company is after someone who can move quickly, so candidates ready to join immediately will stand out.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing and developing commercial kitchen layouts for hospitality projects
- Preparing detailed design drawings and technical documentation
- Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design process
- Ensuring designs meet operational, safety, and industry standards
- Reviewing project requirements and proposing practical design solutions
- Supporting project execution from concept through to completion
What we’re looking for
- 5–10 years of relevant design experience
- Proven track record on commercial kitchen design projects
- Strong technical and creative design skills
- Comfortable with design software and technical drawings
- Immediate availability is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Estimated salary: AED 10,000–15,000/month.
