Wolves International Real Estate LLC is looking for a sharp, network-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to help fuel its growth in Dubai. If you’ve built a career headhunting within Dubai’s real estate sector and love the thrill of finding exceptional talent, this role puts you right at the centre of the company’s hiring strategy.
You’ll own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for real estate roles — while building a strong personal network across the industry. It’s a fast-paced position for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt and takes pride in delivering a great candidate experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for real estate positions
- Screening applications and conducting interviews to assess fit
- Building and maintaining a strong network of real estate professionals
- Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment needs
- Delivering a positive, professional candidate experience throughout
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years’ Talent Acquisition or Headhunting experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent interviewing, screening, and evaluation abilities
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- A track record of identifying and recruiting high-performing real estate talent

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Estimated salary: AED 7,000–12,000/month.
