Quantity Surveyor

CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is expanding its Dubai team and is looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong cost management expertise. If you enjoy turning drawings and specs into accurate cost estimates and keeping projects financially on track, this role puts you at the center of project delivery in interior fit-out and construction.

You’ll own cost control across the full project lifecycle — from take-offs and BOQs through to variations, payment applications, and final accounts — working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs, and project cost estimates
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Preparing quotations, variations, and subcontractor comparisons
• Monitoring project costs, budgets, and overall expenditures
• Preparing interim payment applications and final accounts
• Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Assisting with contract administration and commercial documentation
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
• Ensuring effective cost control at every project stage

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out/Construction projects (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, and variations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
