Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator is a full-time opportunity with KEE Design & Build Interior Decoration LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. KEE Design & Build Interior Decoration LLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with interior fit-out and FF&E experience. The role supports quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimation, tender pricing, material evaluation, supplier quotations, and accurate project budgeting for Dubai-based projects. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

• Salary: AED 6,000–10,000 per month (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and detailed cost estimates.
• Review drawings, project specifications, and tender documents.
• Assist with tender preparation, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Evaluate interior fit-out materials, supplier quotations, and project costs.
• Coordinate with project teams to improve estimate accuracy and support project budgets.
• Maintain organized estimating information and pricing documentation.
• Contribute to competitive proposals while meeting project and tender deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Mid-level experience in FF&E and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong expertise in quantity take-offs, costing, BOQ preparation, estimation, and tendering.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials and specifications.
• Knowledge of supplier networks and project-cost evaluation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tender or project deadlines.
