Air Export Operations Executive is a full-time opportunity with Orient Cargo in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Orient Cargo is seeking an Air Export Operations Executive with practical freight-forwarding experience to manage shipment operations in Dubai. The role covers documentation, perishables, dangerous goods, freezone cargo, compliance, carrier coordination, customer communication, and shipment tracking. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air-export shipment operations from booking through execution.
• Prepare and process documentation for perishable, dangerous-goods, and freezone shipments.
• Ensure shipments comply with airline, customs, and applicable international requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate export documentation and shipment records.
• Support timely and efficient movement of cargo while meeting service expectations.

Requirements

• Three to four years of air-export operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with perishables, dangerous goods, and freezone shipments.
• Strong knowledge of air-freight export procedures.
• Understanding of dangerous-goods and perishable-cargo handling requirements.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving logistics environment.
