Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time opportunity with INDEX Holding in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. INDEX Holding is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions in Dubai. The position focuses on sourcing, headhunting, screening, interviews, candidate pipelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivering a professional recruitment experience. The successful candidate will be expected to work professionally, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the responsibilities assigned to the position.
Job Details
- Salary: AED 8,000–14,000 per month (Estimated)
- Experience: 4–6 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Estimated)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing through offer stage.
- Proactively source and headhunt qualified professionals for different vacancies.
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
- Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Support an engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Four to six years of recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate-engagement skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of talent sourcing, competency-based interviewing, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
