R&D Specialist

Confidential is seeking a qualified professional for R&D Specialist – Food Manufacturing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; periodic travel to Libya. The vacancy is a full-time opportunity published in September 2026, with an advertised salary of AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month (Estimated). The role is designed for candidates who can perform the listed responsibilities while maintaining professional, operational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize food products and formulations from concept to industrial production.
• Create and refine recipes for quality, functionality, efficiency and cost objectives.
• Conduct laboratory, pilot and production-scale trials.
• Lead scale-up and industrialization of successful formulations.
• Support innovation across multiple food categories.

Requirements

• Food R&D/product-development experience in manufacturing.
• Strong food formulation, ingredient-functionality and production-process knowledge.
• Experience with ketchup, tomato sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, dips, chocolate spreads, jams or fruit preparations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically to Libya.

Additional Role Information
