Palladium Properties LLC at Dubai Internet City is building out its sales team and is looking for driven Real Estate Sales Agents who are hungry to succeed in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets. The company fully equips its agents with qualified leads, daily training, premium CRM tools, and expert mentorship — so your focus can stay on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling real estate properties across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct property presentations and participate in roadshows and property events.
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets while delivering excellent client service.
- Use the company’s CRM platform and premium property portals to manage and convert leads.
- Attend daily sales and product training sessions to continuously sharpen performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
