Let’s Dine Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join its growing Food & Beverage team in Dubai, managing procurement of food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores and kitchen teams.
- Compare supplier quotations and maintain updated supplier price lists.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoice verification and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, documentation, and procurement reports.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within the F&B, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Experience with ERP or POS systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred.
