Real Estate Sales Consultant

Palm Legacy Real Estate is expanding its Dubai sales team and is hiring Real Estate Sales Consultants. The role focuses on building client relationships, understanding property requirements and investment objectives, presenting suitable properties, arranging viewings, negotiating with prospects, and supporting customers through the purchase process. Consultants will work with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings while maintaining accurate information in the company CRM. The source requires at least six months of relevant real estate sales experience and prefers candidates based in the UAE. The estimated compensation is AED 3,000–5,000 retainer plus attractive commission. Good spoken English, strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills are required, while additional language skills can be an advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with buyers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant real estate sales experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification is estimated.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• UAE-based candidates are preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, property viewings, lead follow-up, and investment consulting.

Salary

AED 3,000 – 5,000 retainer + Attractive Commission (Estimated)
