SIBCA is looking for a professional, organized Receptionist to join its Abu Dhabi team, managing front office operations across two locations — SIBCA Headquarters and Trainovation at Abu Dhabi Business Hub, ICAD, Musaffah.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the company, handling visitor reception, communications, and administrative support with excellent English skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is an added advantage.
What you’ll do:
- Manage reception and front office activities in a professional manner
- Welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and provide appropriate assistance
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Support daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Coordinate reception duties across both assigned locations
What you’ll bring:
- 1–2 years of relevant receptionist or front office experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, typing)
- Knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is a plus
- Own transport or ability to commute by public transport
Work pattern: 3–4 days/week at SIBCA HQ, Abu Dhabi; 1–2 days/week at Trainovation, ICAD, Musaffah.
