Lutfi Group is looking for a bilingual Receptionist Cum Cashier to be the friendly face and steady hand at the front of its UAE operations.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people – greeting visitors warmly, handling customer questions with patience, and managing cash transactions with total accuracy. You’ll be equally comfortable at the front desk and behind the till, moving smoothly between customer service and cashiering duties throughout the day.
Since the role requires fluent Arabic and English, you’ll often be the first point of contact for a broad mix of customers, so professionalism and a customer-first attitude are essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and assisting customers with a warm, professional manner
- Handling calls and customer inquiries in both Arabic and English
- Managing cashier duties including cash collection, POS transactions and receipts
- Keeping accurate daily cash records and transaction documentation
- Processing customer payments and liaising with the Accounts team
- Sharing basic product and service information with customers
- Keeping the reception area tidy, organised and presentable
- Coordinating with Sales, Accounts and other departments to keep things running smoothly
- Directing customer concerns to the right department
- Performing daily cash closing, reconciliation and proper record filing
What you’ll bring
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills – non-negotiable for this role
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Cashier or Front Desk Executive
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Good numerical ability and confident cash-handling
- A well-presented, organised, customer-oriented approach
Estimated salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month.
