Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates for real estate leasing and sales-related vacancies.
• Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach.
• Coordinate recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer and hiring.
• Engage prospective candidates and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
• Support the expansion of the real estate leasing team by identifying suitable talent.
• Maintain organized recruitment records and follow up on candidate progress.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales.
• Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and target-oriented approach.
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, social media and phone outreach.
