Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for real estate leasing and sales-related vacancies.
- Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, networking and direct outreach.
- Coordinate recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer and hiring.
- Engage prospective candidates and maintain professional communication throughout the process.
- Support the expansion of the real estate leasing team by identifying suitable talent.
- Maintain organized recruitment records and follow up on candidate progress.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or sales.
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized and target-oriented approach.
- Comfortable using recruitment platforms, social media and phone outreach.
- Strong candidate engagement, networking and follow-up skills.
