Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly payroll preparation and ensure payroll inputs are complete and accurate.
- Maintain employee files, HR records and payroll documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave and employee-related data used for payroll processing.
- Support routine HR administration and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assist with employee documentation and payroll-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for HR and management use.
- Follow company procedures and applicable UAE employment requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR/payroll experience, preferably in construction.
- UAE construction-sector experience is required according to the source listing.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour law and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; payroll software experience is an advantage.
- Strong organization, follow-up, communication and attention to detail.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
