Recruiter

Land Sterling, a real estate advisory firm with 17+ years in the UAE market, is growing its Dubai team and needs a Recruiter to help drive that growth. Whether you’re just starting out in recruitment or already have a few years under your belt, this role has room for both.

You’ll own the full hiring cycle for assigned roles — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and keeping candidates engaged along the way. It’s a role for someone who enjoys the people side of business and wants exposure to real estate hiring at a company with real staying power.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews between hiring managers and applicants
• Keeping candidate records and recruitment documentation up to date
• Building talent pipelines for current and future needs
• Making sure candidates have a smooth, positive experience throughout

What you’ll bring:

• Junior or experienced recruiters both welcome
• Must already be based in Dubai and able to start within a couple of weeks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Comfortable with recruitment databases, ATS tools, and MS Office
