Recruitment Executive

Platinum Inc Consultancy is on the lookout for a motivated Junior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive to join its growing Dubai team. This is a good fit for someone with a little recruitment experience already under their belt who wants to sharpen their sourcing, candidate management, and coordination skills in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

You’ll spend your time hunting for talent across LinkedIn and job portals, screening candidates, and keeping the recruitment pipeline moving — all while building the kind of confident, professional communication style that recruiters rely on every day.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening applicants and conducting initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping candidate records and recruitment databases up to date.
• Running Boolean searches to surface qualified talent.
• Communicating professionally with candidates and keeping them updated.
• Supporting broader recruitment activity and helping the team hit hiring targets.

What we’re looking for:

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience (home-country experience also considered).
• Strong, fluent English communication skills.
• A solid grasp of sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.
• Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search is a plus.
• Confident, personable, and genuinely eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred; must be on a Dependent or Family Visa.
