HR Manager

Empire Developments is expanding its Dubai team and is on the lookout for a hands-on HR Manager who can take full ownership of the human resources function. This is a great opportunity for a people-first HR professional who thrives on building a healthy, high-performing workplace culture while keeping every process fully compliant with UAE Labour Law.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything HR — from sourcing and onboarding new talent to coaching managers through employee relations issues and shaping performance frameworks that actually work. The company is looking for someone who can balance the strategic side of HR with the practical, day-to-day realities of a fast-moving organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the day-to-day running of the HR department, keeping every process smooth and efficient
• Drive recruitment efforts and help bring the right talent into the business
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, resolving workplace issues before they escalate
• Design and manage performance review cycles that support real employee growth
• Keep HR policy and practice tightly aligned with UAE Labour Law
• Provide hands-on people-management guidance across departments
• Step in quickly and professionally whenever HR challenges arise

What you’ll bring

• A track record of HR management success within the UAE market
• Solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and modern HR practice
• Real experience across recruitment, employee relations and performance management
• Strong communication and leadership instincts
• The ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Estimated salary: AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
