Senior Renewal Consultant

EWBS Group of Companies is growing its Dubai corporate services team and needs a Senior Renewal Consultant who knows the business-renewal world inside and out. If you’ve spent the last few years guiding clients through company and licence renewals and enjoy the mix of relationship-building and target-driven sales, this role was built for you.

You’ll take the lead on managing renewal cases from the first client conversation through to completion, becoming the trusted point of contact clients rely on when it’s time to keep their business compliant and running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

• Take renewal cases from start to finish, keeping clients informed at every step
• Translate client requirements into clear, practical renewal guidance
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with an existing client base
• Proactively follow up on upcoming and overdue renewals
• Chase down and hit assigned sales and renewal targets
• Resolve renewal-related hiccups quickly and professionally

What you’ll bring

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in company or business renewals
• Background in corporate services or business setup
• Solid grasp of renewal procedures from A to Z
• A proven ability to manage clients with confidence
• Sharp communication and negotiation skills
• A genuine sales drive and appetite for hitting targets

Estimated salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
