SenseTime is hiring energetic, people-loving individuals to join its Photo Experience team at indoor theme parks across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Part sales role, part photography gig, this job is all about creating fun, memorable moments for guests while helping them take a piece of the experience home.
You don’t need to be a professional photographer — full training is provided — but you do need genuine enthusiasm for people, sales, and a fast-paced retail environment. With 20 openings, this is a big hiring push and a great launchpad for a career in retail, guest experience or digital imaging.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming and engaging guests while capturing high-quality, memorable photographs
- Promoting and selling photo packages and souvenir products
- Operating photography equipment, kiosks and POS systems
- Helping guests view, select and purchase their photographs
- Hitting daily sales targets, conversion rates and revenue goals
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the guest journey
- Keeping retail displays clean, organized and inviting
- Supporting special events, peak periods and team activities
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, sales or theme park operations (preferred, not required)
- Confidence engaging with guests from all walks of life
- Comfort with photography equipment and digital systems (training provided)
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for photography, customer service and sales
- Self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
