🔧 Available Job Vacancies:
- Steel Fixers
- Responsibilities: Cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete structures.
- Preferred: Previous experience in precast concrete projects.
- Carpenters
- Responsibilities: Shuttering, mold work, and installation of formwork in precast production.
- Skills: Ability to read drawings and use carpentry tools effectively.
- Riggers
- Responsibilities: Safe handling and securing of heavy loads using lifting equipment.
- Certifications preferred.
- Crane Operators
- Requirements: Valid UAE license for crane operation.
- Responsibilities: Loading, unloading, and placement of precast elements using mobile or tower cranes.
- Forklift Operators
- Requirements: Valid UAE forklift license.
- Responsibilities: Transporting materials and precast products across the site or yard.
- Foreman
- Responsibilities: Supervise site teams, ensure quality control and timely execution of tasks.
- Must have leadership skills and previous team management experience.
- Welders
- Responsibilities: Fabrication and welding of steel components for molds and structural connections.
- Experience in MIG/TIG/Arc welding preferred.
- Fabricators
- Responsibilities: Preparing and assembling precast mold components based on engineering drawings.
- Concrete Finishers
- Responsibilities: Surface finishing of precast concrete products to required standards.
- Painters
- Responsibilities: Painting of precast elements and steel components.
- Experience in industrial or construction painting is a plus.
- Helpers
- Responsibilities: Assisting skilled workers on the production floor or site.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and physically fit.
💼 Job Requirements:
- Precast experience is highly preferred for most positions.
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor/industrial environments.
- Immediate availability is a plus.
