The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and accounting standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounting responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee daily financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and related financial documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure account balances are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare financial reports and maintain supporting records and documentation.
  • Assist with budgeting activities and financial analysis tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and reporting needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3+ years of accounting experience within the UAE.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage financial records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
