The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the onboarding process for new properties, coordinating with property owners, vendors, and internal teams, and ensuring that all setup requirements are completed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new properties from start to finish.
- Communicate with property owners, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all property setup requirements are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and onboarding-related files.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks and requirements.
- Support operational teams in resolving onboarding and setup-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.
- Assist in improving onboarding workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate scheduling and facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in holiday homes, property management, interiors, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in standard office applications and communication tools.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
