Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Provide administrative support to internal departments as required.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, visitors, and internal teams.
- Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles.
- Home country experience will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications.
