Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to internal departments as required.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and scheduling activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, visitors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with general office administration and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Diploma in Administration, Business, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles.
  • Home country experience will be considered.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications.
