Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with HSE policies, procedures and applicable safety requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe conditions or practices.
- Follow up corrective and preventive actions and verify their completion.
- Support risk assessments and review method statements and safety controls.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings and HSE awareness sessions.
- Assist with accident and incident investigations and prepare supporting reports.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, inspection reports and compliance documentation.
- Work with contractors, site teams and management to promote safe working practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant HSE or safety experience.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Previous Dubai/UAE experience is required.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessment, method statements and Permit to Work procedures.
- Strong inspection, reporting, communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month (Estimated). The compensation figure is presented as estimated where indicated in the source listing.
