W.J. Towell Co. LLC is looking for an organized, proactive Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations in Dubai. This role suits someone who’s comfortable juggling multiple tasks, coordinating across departments, and keeping sales processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll support the sales team with daily activities, manage documentation, coordinate customer requirements and help keep order management on track. Candidates with FMCG or distribution experience will have an edge.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
- Processing sales orders, quotations and related documentation
- Coordinating with customers, warehouse, logistics and finance teams
- Tracking orders, following up on pending activities, and preparing sales reports
- Maintaining accurate records to support smooth sales operations
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administration
- FMCG or distribution experience is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills and communication abilities
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
- Good grasp of sales coordination processes and customer/order management
