Haier is looking for a Logistics Associate to support its logistics and supply chain operations in Dubai. The role centers on stock activities, warehouse coordination, inventory reporting and delivery processes, keeping the wider operation running smoothly.
You’ll bring strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics will work in your favor.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating inbound stock activities, inventory management and warehouse operations
- Preparing stock reports and PD reconciliation reports, and keeping inventory records accurate
- Monitoring overstock situations and flagging potential stock-out risks
- Supporting timely processing of logistics-related payments
- Managing POD collection, uploading and follow-up
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners for efficient logistics operations
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience
- Strong Excel, analytical and coordination skills
- Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is an advantage
- Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics reporting
