Storekeeper

AQC FITOUT LLC is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Storekeeper to join its growing Dubai team. You’ll take charge of receiving, storing, controlling and issuing the materials, tools and equipment needed for fit-out and furniture projects.

Accurate inventory records, careful material handling, and making sure supplies are available for project teams when they need them will be central to the role. Candidates with interior fit-out or construction industry experience will be preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Receiving and inspecting materials, tools, hardware and consumables delivered to the store
• Verifying quantities and materials against delivery notes, purchase orders and approved documents
• Arranging and storing materials properly to prevent damage, loss or wastage
• Issuing materials to site, production and project teams based on approved requests
• Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular physical stock counts
• Monitoring minimum stock levels and coordinating with procurement for replenishment
• Tracking material movement between warehouse, factory and project sites
• Maintaining documentation for GRNs, material issues, returns and transfers
• Reporting damaged, missing or excess materials to management
• Keeping the store area clean, organized and safely maintained
• Supporting monthly and annual stock-taking activities

What we’re looking for

• 3–4 years of storekeeping experience, with UAE experience mandatory
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction preferred
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, hardware, tools and consumables
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, organization and coordination skills
