Alliance Global Trading is looking for an organized, dependable Sales Coordinator / Purchasing Executive to join its growing Abu Dhabi team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping many moving parts on track — customers, suppliers, and internal teams — and doesn’t mind a mix of sales support and purchasing tasks in the same day. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
You’ll be preparing quotations and purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and generally keeping the wheels turning between sales and procurement. Strong communication skills and the ability to start quickly will set you apart.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the sales team
- Prepare quotations, LPOs, purchase orders, and invoices
- Handle purchasing activities and follow up with suppliers
- Coordinate deliveries and monitor stock requirements
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational files
- Provide daily coordination support to the sales team
What You Need
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, or fresh graduates welcome
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoho Books
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- UAE experience preferred; candidates who can join immediately preferred
Estimated salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,500 per month.
