ROVE ELECTRIC L.L.C is on the hunt for a Sales Engineer who can speak both languages fluently: the technical language of MEP systems and the relationship-building language of sales. If you’ve got an engineering background and enjoy being out in front of clients rather than buried in drawings all day, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be the bridge between what a client needs and what the company can build for them, turning technical drawings into proposals and proposals into signed deals. A UAE driving license and some time already spent in the local MEP or HVAC market will help you hit the ground running.
What you’ll be doing
- Hunting down new business and nurturing the relationships you already have
- Promoting MEP solutions across HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Digging into technical drawings and specs to understand exactly what a client needs
- Putting together technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinating with the internal team so projects move smoothly once they’re won
- Running client meetings and follow-ups to keep deals progressing toward target
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or something similar
- Some background in MEP or HVAC sales or business development
- A working understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfort reading engineering drawings and specs
- UAE/GCC market experience and a UAE driving license are both a plus
