A busy medical center in Ajman is looking to add a Healthcare Accountant to its finance team, and they’re specifically hoping to find someone who already knows the rhythms of clinic or hospital accounting rather than starting from scratch.
You’ll keep the books running smoothly day to day: chasing invoices, matching up reconciliations, and making sure the numbers behind patient billing and vendor payments are always accurate. If you’ve worked accounts in a clinic, hospital or other healthcare setting before, that experience will translate directly here.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling accounts payable and receivable for the center
- Raising invoices and keeping financial records tidy and current
- Reconciling accounts and chasing down any discrepancies
- Helping put together financial reports and supporting the monthly close
- Making sure everything you do lines up with company accounting policy
- Pitching in on day-to-day finance tasks as the team needs
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a clinic, hospital or medical center
- A good feel for how healthcare finance operations actually work
- Comfortable handling AP, AR, invoicing, reconciliations and reporting
- UAE healthcare sector experience will be looked on favorably
