Reno International is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai to support business growth across joinery, construction, and interior solutions. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, quotations, proposals, site coordination, payment follow-up, and the complete sales cycle for villa and building projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals.
- Develop relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate site visits and technical requirements with design and production teams.
- Follow up on payments, deliveries, project schedules, and after-sales requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of UAE sales experience.
- Joinery, construction, interiors, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and client-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
