Elcome International is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – PCB Repair Solutions to help grow its electronics repair business across the marine, offshore, defense, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
You’ll bring technical sales know-how and a knack for building lasting customer relationships, turning complex technical requirements into commercial wins. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between engineering teams and clients — managing everything from first enquiry through to closed deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving sales of PCB repair solutions for marine, communication, automation, and industrial electronic systems
- Developing new business while managing existing customer accounts
- Building relationships with ship owners, ship managers, shipyards, system integrators, offshore operators, and industrial clients
- Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order closure
- Coordinating technical discussions between customers and engineering teams
- Supporting retrofit, upgrade, reverse engineering, and repair projects
- Collaborating with logistics, procurement, service, and engineering teams
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and hitting revenue targets
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in technical B2B sales, electronics, industrial automation, or hardware distribution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
- Experience working with industrial and technical customers preferred
